SUPREME COURT.
A criminal session of the Supremo Court will commence at H am. to-morrow, before Mr Justice Donniston. There are only three pri loners for trial, viz : Bateman, for housebreaking at Kingsdown.
J. Cowley, burglary at the Club hotel. H. 8. D. Homes, arson at Hilton hotel, (In the last case Mr Martin, Crown Prosecutor at Christchurch prosecutes, Mr J. W. White, Crown Prosecutor here, defending the prisoner.)
