(Per Electric Telegraph—Ofm right.) (Per Press Association.) (Received 1 a.m., Feb. sth.) Lisbon, Feb. 4. A labour crisis has occurred in Lisbon, and the bakers’ shops have been pillaged by mobs. (Special to Press Association.) (Received 11.15 a.m.. Feb, 4th.) London, Feb. 3. Five thousand engineers and men of allied trades at Newcastle have protested against the lock-out, but the employers remain unmoved.
