Now it’s always gaining or losing with an impartiality that would be charming if it was not so confoundedly inconvenient in the matter of trains and so on. If I hud listened to reason and yielded less to pride in the onset, I should have bought a Waterbury, and have had the correct time ever since. Wonderful watch that Waterbury, and always reliable. Only costs 13s 6d, too ! ”
