Anton) oJ There were no arrivals at or departures from this port to-day. The s.s. Grafton is duo hero to-morrow from Northern and West Coast ports, she leaves in the evening for Dunedin. ARRIVAL OP THE TAINUI. (Bt Telegraph.) Wellington, June 10. The Tainui from Hobart arrived in the harbour shortly after eleven o clock last night, but owing to the rough weather there was no communication. She was brought to wharf this morning. The only reason given for the detention is along succession ot strong head winds and heavy head seas as well as thick weather on nearing the Tasmanian coast. There wore no accidents or any Kina. She brings 11 bags of mails, 22 boxes of parcels post, 110 passengers, and a_ large general cargo. Among the passengers is the Bev. J. MacGregor, of St. Cothberts, Edinburg , who is on his way to the Victorian Presbyterian Jubilee.
