THE JOHNSTOWN DISASTER.
(Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) (Received 12.48 p.m., June 10th.) New York, June 9. President Harrison accepts the Queen’s message of sympathy upon the Johnstown catastrophe as an expression of a generous character on the part of herself and as indicative of the goodwill of England towards the United States. The wife of a leading citizen of Johnstown has been found alive in the debris. A coffin was found containing a corpse partly burned.
