MAIL NOTICES.

For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, on Saturday, Bih inst., at 2.30 p.m. On and after-Monday, 13th inst., mails by trains will close at Titnatu, as follows : —For South (per express) daily at 2.30 p.m., and by other trains as at present. For North (by express) daily at 4.45 p.m. ; for Christchurch and intermediate offices, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at 6 a.m., and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, at 11.30 a.m. ; for local offices, as far as Ashburton, daily, at 6 a.m. (Signed) Ed.
