TlMAßU— Tuesday, 4th June. (Before C. A. Wray Esq , R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Two first offenders were dealt with in the usual way: CIVIL CASES. Judgment by default was given in a few small cases as follows: J. O’Dowd v. W. Martin £1 13s ; W. Collins v. C. Nicholson £lO ; J. S. Bennett v. A. Jordan £1 18s 6d. Of a number of other cases set down for today two wore adjourned, two struck out, five confessed, and 15 withdrawn.
