Grass-Widow Hotelkeepers.
(By Telegraph.) WELLINGTON, June 1. Married women who are living apart from their husbands and ore holders of licenses for hotels, have received notice from the clerk of the Licensing Committee, that the police intend to oppose the renewal of their licenses at the next meeting of the bench. The action of the police will affect three houses in town.
