SYDNEY TURF CLUB’S MEETING,
(Per Elbotrio Telegraph —Oopvrignr.) (Per Press Association.) [Delayed in Transmission. ] (Received 10.35 a.m., June Ist.) Sydney, May 31. The second day’s racing of the Sydney Turf Club which was postponed from Saturday, owing to rain, took place today. The principal Queen’s Birthday event of one mile and three furlongs was tvon by Centaur Bst 21bs - 1 Clogs fist 121bs 2 Stamford fist dibs 3 Nineteen horses started and, after a good race, it was won by a length. Time—2mins 27secs.
