Fatal Accident.
(By Telegraph.) OAMARU, May 20. A sad fatal accident occurred at All Day Bay, about 9 miLs from Onmaru, this evening. Mr Familton, a storekeeper at Kakanui, was driving with his son, aged eight years, across a creek when they mot a wagon. The trap they were in was thrown back into the water over an embankment, and the boy, who had clung lo it was drowned, as the trap fell on top of him. Assistance was procured, but it was too late to be of any use.
