The s.s. Richmond will leave Auckland for Tonga, Samoa, and Tahiti, on Tuesday, the 21st, at 11 a.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Tatapuna, on Tuesday, 21st inst., at 4.30 p.m. For Australian Colonies, per Te Anau, on Wednesday, 22nd inst., at 2.30 p.m. For Sydney and Newcastle, per Lindus, on Wednesday, 22nd inst., at 4.30 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand and Sydney, per Waihora, on Wednesday, 22nd inst., at 4.30 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Rotorua, on Saturday, 25th May, at 4.30 p.m.

On and after Monday, 13th inst., mails by trains will close at Timaru, as follows :—For South (per express) daily at 2.30 p.m., and by other trains as at present.
