Berlin, May 19.
During a debate on the Workmen’s Insurance Bill in the Reichstag, and while Prince Bismarck was speaking, Herr Richter interrupted the Chancellor, interjecting the remark, i: bosh.” Prince Bismarck retaliated, commenting on the impudence of the interruption. Herr Bamberger, another member, thereupon violently attacked Prince Bismarck, who retorted by calling Herr Bamberger an insolent fool, and left the Chamber in a rage, A tumult ensued and the Reichstag adjourfied till Monday.
