London, May 19.
Henri Rochfort, a French political refugee, at present visiting London, in company with General Boulanger, has been arrested for attempting to shoot Pilotil, an artist in Regent Street. It is assetted that the latter first assaulted Rochfort. General Boulanger offered bail for Rochfort but the offer was declined by the police.
