The Bagstaff of Timara is situated in 171 deg. 17.20 min. East longitude ; and 44deg. 23rain. South latitude. arrived. May 15—Kawatiri s.s., 286 tons, Abstein, from "Westport, SAILED. May 15—Cora, schooner, 46 tons, Weeks, for Hokitika. EXPORTS. In the Grafton N.M. and A. Company, agents : 6 bales wool, 88 scks flour, 93 bags sugar, and sundries. Shippers—Woollen Co., Milling Co., N.Z. Shipping Co., Miles, Archer and Go., Agents. IMPORTS. In the Kawatiri, N.M. and A. Company agents, 420 tons coal. Consignee—J, JackSon# VESSELS HOMEWARD BOUND. Vessel. Days out. Ganymede (Capt. Alleson) 88 Paula (Capt. Breymann) 73 Mathilde Hennings (Capt. Dade) ... 58 Kinelnnc (Capt. Crighton) 16 Earlscourt (Capt. Anton) 14 The s.s. Tekapo will leave for Sydney about Thursday 23rd May. _ The s.s. Rosamond will leave for Greymouth via way ports on Saturday. The s.s. Kawatiri arrived from Westport this morning with a full load .of coal for Mr John Jackson. The schooner Cora managed to get away this morning after waiting several days for the sea to moderate., Yesterday the schooner Prince Eupert left Lyttelton for this port with a load of transhipments ex Hermione and Eimutaka. The schooner Zior, which left hero on the tb, arrived at Havelock on Saturday. The schooner Spray sailed last Thursday from Napier with a full load of grass seed for this port. . , ■ The barque Triton, which arrived a tew months ago in Wellington from this port, did the Home passage from the former port in 84 days—a rather smart passage. it was seen from our cablegrams last evening that the ship Eangitiki and the barque Lowcswater arrived at London on the 13th inst (Monday last). The Eangitiki was 104 days out and the Loweswater 100. The Ganymede should not be long now in putting in an appearance. (By Telegraph.) • Wellington. May 14. g! he E.M.S. Tainui left Capetown for Wellington, via Hobart, on the 12th instant. All on board were reported well.
