MASONIC.
The regular monthly meeting of the Caledonian Lodge, No. 534, S.C., was held last evening in the Masonic Hall, Bank St., the R.W.M., Bro. Dr Reid, presiding. One member was ballotted for, one initiated and one proposed. Circulars from the Canterbury Masonic Union were distributed to the members present. Correspondence from D.G.L. and other routine business having heen dealt with the election of officers for the ensuing term was proceeded with. The following brethren being elected to the various offices: —Very R.W.M., Bro. J. S. Keith; D.M., Bro. P. White; S.M., Bro. T. Bassford; S.W., Bro. R. W. Quinn; T.W., Bro. Captain Morgan ; Treasurer, P.M. Bro. S. Anderson; Secretary, P.M. Bro. A. Mills j SD., Bro. C. Moore ; J.D., Bro. C. N. Macintosh 5 organist, Bro. J. R. Hooper j J.G., Bro. J. W. Burnett; Tyler, Bro, 0. Kelly j Stewards, Bros. S. Parmenter and T. Bertie ; Auditors, Bro. 0. Macintosh, and R. W. Quinn. The installation and banquet takes place on St. John’s Day, June 241 h.
