Between William Quinn of Makibihi, New Zealand, Farmer, Execution Creditor AND Patbice Sullivan of Levels Plain near Timaru, New Zealand, Farmer, Execution Debtor. NOTICE is hereby given that Mr Moss Jonas, of Timaru, Auctioneer, has received instructions from the sheriff of the District of Timaru, and intends to sell (unless the matter be prev ously settled) under Writ of Sale sued out by the above named Elocution Creditor against the above named Execution Debtor, at his Salerooms, Main North Road, Timaru, on TUESDAY, the 28th Day of MAY, 1889, at 2 o’clock in the Afternoon All the Estate Right Title and Interest of the said Execution Debtor in that parcel of land containing 20 acres or thereabouts being Rural Section numbered 14427 and the land comprised in Crown Grant Volume IV, Folio 206, also in that parcel of Land containing 40 acres or thereabouts being Rural Section numbered 16862 and the land comprised in Crown Grant Volume X, Folio 219, both situate in the Timaru District in the Provincial District of Canterbury, New Zealand, and both which Rural Sections are subject to an agreement dated the 18th day of July 1885, by the said Patrick Sullivan to mortgage the said land to the Bank of New Zealand which agreement was assigned to the said William Quinn on the 22nd day of May,lßßß, for and in respect of which agreement to mortgage the sum of £204 with interest thereon at £8 per centum per annum, from the 10th day of June, 1888, is now owing by the said Patrick Sullivan to the said William Quinn. And notice is hereby further given that t!’e ssid sale is made at the suit of the above named execution creditor, and that the name of the officer executing the writ is Charles Allen Wray, Esquire, Sheriff of the District of Timaru, and that the names of the solicitors of the said execution creditor are Messieurs Perry and Perry, of Main North Road, Timaru.
