April 26—Orowaiti, s.s., 286 tons, Gibb, from Westport. SAILED. April 26—Ohau, s.s., 410 tons, Berneche, for Napier and Auckland. VESSELS HOMEWARD BOUND. Vessel. Days out. Rangitiki (Capt. Taylor) 87 Lowes water (Capt. Fletcher) ... 83 Ganymede (Capt. Alleson) 68 Paula (Capt. Breymann) .. ... 45 Mathilde HenningA(Capt. Dade) ... 39 The s.s. Ohau arrived from Dunedin via Oamaru this morning with a quantity of wool for the Kinclune, after discharging which she takes in a few tons of produce and leaves for Northern Ports this evening. The Orowaiti arrived from the West Coast this morning with a full load of coal for Mr John Jackson, and was berthed at the Moody wharf. The barques Kinclune and Earlscourt were both taking in cargo at the Main wharf today. A very familiar face was observed on the wharf this morning, in the person of Mr Hannon Tate, who for some years was clerk to the firm of Moody and Ziesler, Ho is now purser on the Union Company’s Ohau.
