<g (By Telegraph.) BLENHEIM, April 25. In sentencing Robert Morton, alias R. Leonard, to ton years for forgery, Judge Richmond remarked that tho man was a criminal lunatic, requiring treatment as well as incarceration, and he hoped there would be some institution provided for such cases. Morton had last served ten years for the same offence at Wanganui.
