Two Ounces Per Ton. DUNEDIN, April 20. The Cromwell Company have obtained Glozs from 30. tons of atone. The Payne Family. INVERCARGILL, April 20. At the Theatre Royal last night the Payne Family of musicians from Ballarat, Victoria, commenced their New Zealand tour, and were accorded an enthusiastic reception by a crowded audience. The programme was admirably rendered, and elicited great applause. The family comprises Mr and Mrs Payne, the misses Lizzie, Nelly, and Maud, Mr W. J. Payne and Mr Ralph Steele, all of whom are vocalists and instrumentalists. The New Zealand lour should be a very successful one.
