For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, on Tuesday, 16th jnst., at 2.30 p.m. For Europe, United Kingdom, East and West Coast of South America (specially addressed correspondence only), per Aorangi, on Tuesday, 16th inst., at 2.30 p.m. Eegistered letters, books, and newspapers, 1.30 p.m.; late fee letters (Gd extra) at Chief Post-office till 2.50 p.m., and at Eailway Post-oflico Van, North Express, till 3.17 p.m. The parcel post mail for United Kingdom will close at 2.30 p.m. [Money orders are not sent by the aboyo boat]. For Northern Ports of Now Zealand and Sydney, per Tarawera, on Thursday, 18th inst,, at 6 a.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, on Thursday, April 18th, at 8 p.m. [Late fee letters may be posted on the Mail van, North Express, on Friday ISth, till 3.17 p.m. For Australian Colonies via Bluff and Hobart, per Manapouri, on Thursday 18th at 12.30 p.m. For Capetown and Mauritius, per French packet, on Thursday, 18th inst,, at 12.30 p.m. For United Kingdom, Europe, United States of America, &c., via San Francisco, on Thursday, 18th April, at 8 p.m. Eegistered letters and money orders at 4 p.m. Books and newspapers at 8 p.m. Late fee letters (6d extra), on Friday, 19th (Good Friday) in the mail van, North express, at 3.17 p.m.
Friday, the 19th April, being Good Friday,a close holiday will bo observed by all Post Offices. Mails usually despatched on Friday will be closed on Thursday the 18th inst., at 8 p.m, when a delivery of letters will be made over the counter from 8 till 9. On Good Friday and Easter Monday the Telegraph branch will open between the hours of 9 and 10 a.m., and 7 till 8 p.m. only.
