He c declared that the obstructionists in the 1 House of Commons were trying to exhaust * ° £ the physical strength of the Ministers. { Mr Balfour, the Irish Secretary, also 1 spoke during tho evening and taunted f the leaders of the Opposition with being j impotent to control their followers below v the gangway. ®
