THE SAMOAN QUESTION.
(Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright, ) (Per Press Association.) (Received 12.20 p.m. Jan. 21st.) San Francisco, Jan. 10. News has reached this city that German sailors at Samoa burned several American flags, and imprisoned a number of American subjects. It is also stated that a boat’s crew belonging to the German warship fired on the captain and lieutenant of a British man-of-war.
