London Feb. 20, The election to fill the vacancy in the representation of Burnley in the £Honse of Commons, caused by the death of J?eter Bylands, took place yesterday, and resulted in the return of Blagg, a supporter of Mr Gladstone, by, a majority of over 545 votes over bis op* ponent, Tbursby, a Conservative.
