Ro-fornoing and Shingling Wood and Vine streets —T. Cleary, £35 ; F. Mulloy, £34 8s; M. Dunn, £27 9s ; T. Small, £23 16s 6d (accepted). Forming footpath and shingling Cass street—P. Mnlioy, £3llos 6d ; M. Dunn, £24 5a Id ; T. Small £23 5s 4d (accepted). The tender of J. W. Boulter for lamp lighting at £5 per lamp was accepted conditionally.
