THE Directory of the EOYAL FLOUEING MILL, COMPANY (Bruce and Co , Limited) have resolved on an extension of Capital to the extent of 100) Shares, payable in Calls of £1 per share every three months, making in all 2000 Shares issued of £lO each. The object of the Directors in doing so is to place the Company in a favorable monetary position to meet the extensively increasing trade first, in the purchasing of Grain and the Erection of Elevators for the economical Working and Storage of Wheat; and secondly, for the fitting of the Oatmeal Machinery, for which the necessary Build ■ ings and Fixtures are already provided. The additional Shares proposed to be issued will rank from the first of July 1881, in the same proportion with the first issue as to Dividends, viz., from July to December for six monthß.
