In the Bouse of Lords last night, - Lord Oarnavon gave notice that he ' would on Tuesday next move a vote of censure on the Government for their Egyptian Policy in connection with the Anglo-French agreement. The Reform Bill. The Reform of the Franchise Bill was again under consideration in ,the House of Commons last night and passed bo* fore the House rose. Vote of Confidence. Paris, June 26. In the Chamber of Deputies to-day, the recently-coneluded Anglo-French treaty with regard to Egyptian affairs was .under discussion. A vote of confi- , dence in M. Jules Ferry in connection therewith was moved and adopted by a substantial majority.
