TIMABU-YESTEKDAT. (Before J. Beswick, Esq, R.M., and W. L. Eees, Esq.) CIVIL CASES. P. W. Hutton, as agent for C. Begg and Co, v. E. Jones—-Claim £lO 19s. Mr Perry for plaintiffs ; Mr Hamersley for defendant. This was a suit to recover balance of hire of a piano which defendant bad recently parted with to one Clegg, in violation of the arrangement between himself and plaintiffs. The case occupied the whole afternoon, and the evidence of both sides having been heard, His Worship decided to hear counsel and deliver judgment on Tuesday next.
