TIMARH—THIS DAY. (Before His Worship the Mayor, and D. N. Inwood, Esq.) DRUNKENNESS. Daniel O’Brien and William Aldridge, for drunkenness, were fined 5s and 20s respectively. BHEACHES OF THE PEACE. D. O’Brien and T, Murphy, for committing a breach of the peace in Main North Road, wore fined 20s and 10s respectively.
OBSCENE LANGUAGE. The same accused were further charged with using obscene language, and were fined 20s and 10s respectively.
