The Government have introduced a Bill in the Legislative Assembly for validating the seats of the Hon. G. E. Reid, Minister of Public Instruction; Mr F. B. Sutton, ex Minister; the Hon. H. E. Cohen, Minister of Justice, and other, which were declared to be vacant by the Committee on Elections and Qualifications on account of informality in regard to the proclamation of their election.
