London, Jan. 23. * Tenders for the Victorian loan of four millions sterling, at 4 per cent and par minimum were opened to-day. The total amount offered, was found to be £5,550,000. Tenders at 100£ will receive 9 per cent, and above that price, in full. Obituary. The death is announced to-day of Earl.Grosvonor, heir to the Dukedom of Winchester, aged 31. * Good Dividend. The English, Scottish, and Australian chartered bank, has declared a dividend at the rate of 10 per cent per annum, and places 14 per cent to reserve. Estimates. Sydney, Jan. 23. The New South Wales estimates and expenditure, were tabled in Parliament last evening. They show a total estimated expenditure of £7,710,000 against £6,810,000 last year, an increase of £899,000.
