In order to give the employes of the South Canterbury Times an opportunity of enjoying a holiday on New Year’s Day, the paper will not be published to-morrow. The Premier, with Mrs Atkinson and Mr Tudor Atkinson, arrived at Wanganui on Saturday, They were to leave for New Plymouth to-day.
