MAGISTERIAL.
TIMAKTT —THIS DAT. (Before B- Woollcombe, Esq., and His Worship the Mayor.) LARCENY. T. Blanchett, A. Bell, and W. Hall, three boys, were charged on remand, with stealing strawberries from the promises of Mr E. Wakefield on 10th inst. Hall was discharged and the other two were each sentenced to receive six cuts ou the hand with a cane.
