RULES AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION. The Rules of the Timaru Athletic Club will be adhered to. Nominations for the Handicap Races—boys excepted accompanied by entry money and description of colours, to be left with the Secretary not later than November Ist. All the other entries will be received on the Ground on the morning of the gathering. Handicaps will be declared in local papers, on Tuesday, November 6th. Entry Money—Five per cent, on the value of the First Prize. Dress—Usual full athletic costume. Competition—Two competitors or no First prize; three or no second. For the Wrestling there must be four competitors or the First Prize will be withdrawn. The Games will Commence punctually at Eleven O’Clcck a.m. Admission to Sports Ground ..
