SEA VIEW FENCING. Mr M' Kerrow attended on behalf of the Sen Yiiiw School Committee, to ask why the coat of fencing the site had not been paid hy the B mr I, as agreed upon. He held the B"ard’s letter, undertaking to pay it, and he would like to he informed further on the subject. The Chairman said he was under the impression that the Board had refused to make any such payment, but Mr McK< rrow warmly maintained that the Board was houn I to defray this cost, and observed that lie did not consider the Board was treating the Committee with justice or courtesy. The Chairman said the matter would be enquired into, and the Board would act in accordance with any previous resolutions on the suhj-ct, Mr McKerrow then withdrew. MISCELLANEOUS. The sum of £lO was granted to St. Andrews’ Committee, for the purpose of providing a range for the masters’ bouse. The Secretary and the Inspector were appointed to audit the accounts of School Committees. Mr Weslropp’s resignation as teacher of the Oruri Bridge School was accepted subject to his paying the expenses of obtaining a successor. ACCOUNTS. Accounts amounting to £45 19s 2d were passed for payment and the Board adjourned.
