MAGISTERIAL.
TIMARU—THIS DAY. (Before J. H. Sutter Esq.) DRUNKENNESS. A first offender was dismissed with a caution. W- Aubrey, against whom there were three previous convictions, was fined 10s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment. POLICE SUMMONS. John Houghton, a witness under recognisance to appear at the Supreme Court at the trial of P. 0. Bourdon for
an indictable offence, was summoned by the police, it being alleged that he was about to leave the colony. The case was adjourned to Friday, 2nd proximo.
