At the sitting of the Austro Hungarian Delegation to-day, Count Kalnoky, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in the course of a speech took occasion to emphasise the cordiality existing beween Austria, Germany, and Italy ; and added that the relations with Russia were in their normal tone, the Russian Press being the sole element of disquiet.
