Mails close at the Chief Post Office Timarn, for the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under : Thursday, May 17. For "Wellington, Westport, and Greymouth, per Mahinapua.at 6 a.m. Saturday, May 19.' For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Tiiiaroa, at 2.50 p.m. For the United Kingdom, via San Francisco. the Continent of Europe, America Africa, the Sandwich Islands, and Mediterranean Ports, as follows : Money orders, registered letters and newspapers at 1.30 p.m. Ordinary letters at 2 30 p.m. Late fee letters at the Chief Post-office till 2.50 p.m., and at the Railway Travelling Post-office Mail Van (Northern Express Train) till 3.17 p.m. (Signed) Bn.
