TIiIARU—THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Hall and E. G. Stericker Esqs.) DESERTING HIS SHIP, William Osborne was charged with deserting from the barque Salado in the Titnaru roadstead. Accused pleaded guilty. The Captain of the barque stated the circumstances. „ . - The Bench ordered accused to’ be imprisoned until the ship sailed, when he was to be sent on board, the expenses of his capture to be stopped put of his wages. CATTLE AT LARGE. George McKnight and John Hicks were charged with having a cow and a horse respectively at large. A fine of 5s and costs, 7s, was indicted in each case. VEHICLE UNATTENDED. Joseph Binskin and Bobert Home were charged with leaving their vehicles unattended. Defendants were each fined 5s and costs.
