First Race to start at twelve o’clock sharp, with an interval of 30 minutes between each event. A gun will be fired 10 minutes before each Race. Three boats to start or no race Entrance fees 10 per cent on first prize for all events. Entries, Nos. 1,2, 3,4, C, to close not later than Wednesday, March 21, others post entries. The Secretary will be in attendance at the Royal Hotel till 9 p.m. on the 21st, at which hour the entries will close. All disputes to be decided by the Committee. The Committee reserve the right to alter the time or order of starting any events to suit the weather. All boats and crews to be subject to the approval of the Committee, who reserve to themselves the right to return any entrance moneys they may think proper, and to disqualify any boat, vessel, person or crew from entering or competim; in the Regatta.
