Further arrests have been made of leaders in the prevailing anarchists agitation in this city. It is expected that fresh gatherings of Socialists have been arranged for to-morrow, and extra precautionary measures are being taken by the authorities to prevent a disturbance.

The Outrages in LondonLondon, March 17. No clue has yet been obtained to the actual perpetrators of outrages at the offices of the Local Government Board and London “ Times.” A reward of £IOOO is offered for information leading to the arrest of the guilty parties. In case of any explosion, the military guards at the various Ministerial offices and at the Houses of Parliament have been doubled, and all necessary precautions have been taken to prevent further outrages. Walsh Released. Intelligence is to hand that John Walsh, who was arrested at Havre in France on the 2nd inst., on a charge of complicity in the Irish assassinations, has been released from custody.
