TIMAE.U—THIS DAY. (Before His Worship the Mayor and F. LeCren, Esqr.) DRUNKENNESS. J. Brien, G. Lindsay, W. Lambert, Annie Allen, H. Anderson, and E. Murphy were charged with drunkenness They were fined, Brien and Murphy 10s each , Lindsay, Alien, and Anderson. 5s each ; Lambert was sent to gaol for Id days. There was a further charge against HAnderson of resisting the police, for which ho was fined 20s.
