EXTRAORDINAEY OUTRAGE.

A singular outrage is reported from Aberdare Valley, on the Breconshire border, and great indignation against ihe perpetrators is said to prevail in the locality. Jenkin Morgan, an aged farmer, of Penderyn, visited the residence of his landlords, John and Thomas Harris, who live in the locality, with the object of presenting them with a piece of pork. He says that on arriving there he was made drunk with'whisky by Messrs Harris, who are somewhat given to practical joking. When he was intoxicated,_ they ahaved bis head and cut off his whiskers and eyebrows. They then mutilated him in a dreadful manner with a large pair of scissors, from the effect of which his life is now despaired of. After committing the outrage, the perpetrators blackened the victim’s face. He was then dosed with liquor a second time and left on a bed, where he remained until the following day, when he managed to get out of the house and scramble home. His sufferings were intense. He has been attended by several medical men, and the opinion is expressed that, after the infliction of the wounds a red-hot poker or iron was used to stop the bleeding. The persons accused of the outrage disappeared, but the police took the matter in band.
