The barque Victor, which has just arrived at Newcastle, reports that on the 6th inst she found the wreck of a large vessel bottom upwards off the coast of Tasmania. The wreck is believed to be that of the brig Louisa, which left Hobart on the 16th Dec. for Melbourne, and has not since been heard of. x [Received March 13,1883 10 p.m.] ShippingMelbourne, March 12. Sailed, this afternoon—Tarawera, for Bluff, GrainThe local manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company reports of the Melbourne Grain Market as follows :—Wheat (shipping) is firmer? at 5s 4d to 5s 5d ; malting barley has a slightly improved tendency at 5s 3d to 5s 7d ; New Zealand oats, feeding, 2s lOd to 5s 3d ; milling, 3s 3d to 3s sd. Prices for barley are well maintained. New Zealand oats under bond are quoted at 2s 3d to 2s lOd,
