Irish Immigration Discouraged.. In the Legislative Assembly, this evening j Mr J. B. Patterson, in. referring to.the proposed Irish immigration to the colonies, gave notice that he , would bring a motion before the House to the effect that it was not desirable to encourage the introduction of such a class of immigrants.
