[Bbotrb’s Aqknov.j National Bank's DividendLondon, July 27. The National Bank of Now Zealand has declared a dividend of 3| per cent for the last half-year. CommercialConsols are unchanged at 99 J, and New Zealand securities ac the following quotations : —5 per cent 10-40 loan, 107; 5 per cent 1889 loan, 105£ ; per cent, 1879-1904 loan, 103. Adelaide wheat is quiet at 525, ex store, and New Zealand do, at 50s. Adelaide flour, ox warehouse has declined to 375. Australian tallow—Best beef, 44s Gd; best mutton, 45s @d.

The Hon- John Bright’s SuccessorEarl Kimberley will at present bold the two offices of Secretary of State for the Colonies, and of Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, pending the reconstruction of the Cabinet in the autumn. The Dublin AssassinationsO’Brien, who was arrested and con. fessed to having taken part in the assassination of Lord F. Cavendish and Mr Burke, has asserted that two of the assassins received £2O for committing the foul deed.
