Mr Fawcett, the British ConsulGeneral in this city, having interceded on behalf of Mr O’Donovan, who was found guilty of libelling the Bultan, the latter has agreed to pardon the prisoner, and the sentence of six months' imprisonment passed upon him has been remitted. Crush in a Church* St Petebsbueg, Dec. 26. Intelligence is to hand from Warsaw that a panic occurred yesterday in a church in that city owing to an alarm of fire. In the crush and confusion which followed over thirty persons were killed and a number seriously injured.
