[Reuter’s Agency.l Investigating a «■ Rail” Swindle. Brisrane, Nov. 18. The Legislative Assembly last night passed a resolution appointing Mr King at present the Queensland Commissioner for the Melbourne Exhibition, a member of the Royal Commission to enquire into the purchases of steel rails in England, where he will proceed and act in conjunction with a colleague to be appointed by the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
