London, Dec. 16. —The Full Court lias granted a writ of error in Arthur Orton’s (the Tichborne claimant) case, with the view of arguing certain points raised as to whether the Court was empowered to pass two sentences for the same offence. The Afghan Revolt. Calcutta, Dec. 17. — Telegraphic communication with Cabul is interrupted near Jagadabay Pass. Gough reports the tribes beyond Guudamak are obstructing the British advance.
