ORIENTAL EXHIBITION.
An exhibition of Zulu, Fijian and other curiosities will open in the Theatre Royal to-morrow afternoon at 2 o’clock. The articles to be shown arc the collection of Alexis Momma the steward of the wrecked vessel John Watson. The proprietor was unfortunate enough to lose more than half his curiosities when the John Watson sank, and his reason for exhibiting his remaining articles is that he is urgently in need of pecuniary astistancc. In addition to many things of interest from Zululand, Fiji and other places, there will be shown two Madagaslca cats which are in themselves well worth seeing. They arc extremely pretty animals, very docile and have no objection to fraternise with strangers, We hope there will be a good attendance of the public so that the owner who is a Frenchman may to some extent repair the loss he has sustained on our shores.
