This Company grants loans for building purposes or otherwise, on freehold or leasehold securities, on current rates of interest and easy repayments, with the privelege to borrowers to' pay uptheir loans previous to the expiration of the term agreed upon, with full rebate of interest. Deposits. This Company receives deposits for a fixed period, and, offers a good rate of interest thereon,, and also receives small weekly deposits, whereby investors receive, according to their weekly payments and the period agreed upon, the sum of fifty pounds or multiples of fifty pounds. In all cases of deposits in this Company, depositors have the privilege of withdrawing their depositsand interest accruing thereon, before the expiration 'of the term agreed on, and as it is not intended to call up more than one half of the capital of the Company, there will always be ample security for depositors. Shades. Shares in this Company can still be obtained, the instalments of payments on which, are distributed over a long period as follows : —One shilling to be paid on application, and five shillings per share per month, until £o per share is paid up ; afterwards, the Directors to have power to call a further sum if required, but such further sums not to be called up without giving at least threemonths’ notice, and to be payable in amounts of five shillings per share per month; shareholders to have the right to make prepayments, and to reeeive interest at the rate of six per cent, for such sums as may be paid in advance, in addition to the dividends which may bedeclarod from timeto time by the Company.
